I was dealing with a problem for about 4 to 5 months about receiving refunds for packages that were returned when I traded in my Kia months ago. It seemed I was getting no where fast. I had received som about receiving refunds for packages that were returned when I traded in my Kia months ago. It seemed I was getting no where fast. I had received some of the checks at first but was missing one. Christine was able to make short work of all the problems in less than a day. She is a real miracle and any business to have her hired is a lucky one. I did leave the Kia family for another car but with people like her working at Jenkins Kia, I may reconsider and grab a future vehicle from here again. All because of Christine. Thank you Christine! More
