We had been out all day looking for a van for our our soon to be family of 5. On our way home I got a notification that there was one at Branfon Honda so my husband and I decided to take one last look. F soon to be family of 5. On our way home I got a notification that there was one at Branfon Honda so my husband and I decided to take one last look. From the moment we walked into Branfon Honda we felt comfortable. Chris Donofrio walked over and and asked if we needed any help. From there everything was smooth sailing. We test drove the van and we picked it up the next day. Our girls love it. Chris was super nice, and laid back. He kept it real the whole time and we didn’t feel pressured into anything like we had at other places during the day. Christopher Augur got us great deals on our warranty and APR. Overall just a great experience! We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you guys so much! More

Poor communication My husband went into Brandfon (8/16) to look for a white 2016 Honda Civic. He found one with the help of salesperson Chris Augur. On 8/19 I went back My husband went into Brandfon (8/16) to look for a white 2016 Honda Civic. He found one with the help of salesperson Chris Augur. On 8/19 I went back with him to see the car and we put a $500 deposit down. We were told the car just came in “like 2 days ago” and they were waiting for the title to come from MA , and they also needed to do the inspection and repair/replace anything that was warranted because this is a “certified pre-owned “ vehicle. We were told we would hear from them on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday evening I hadn’t heard back so I called Chris. We made arrangements to come in Friday afternoon between 4-4:30 and purchase the vehicle. I got there on Friday at 4:20, Chris came out and asked how my day was, then he told me his was busy because he was in training for another position. When I said “ok can I buy my car now?” He said “ hold on , I’ll be right back.” When he got back I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me purchasing cars and the man who does the paperwork wouldn’t be able to get to us before they close at 6pm. Come back on Sunday at 3:00. ( I thought I had an appointment?). So Sunday we arrived at 2:45, sat with the financial guy who apologized for not having the paperwork in order because he was told our appointment was at 4:00!! Finally I was given my vehicle but....” you’ll have to stop back in at your convenience because we only have one key and need to make another one. Ok......... I was shown how to use the cars computer/Bluetooth and we left. On Thursday 8/29 we received a call stating that our air conditioning condenser part had come in and we could schedule a time to bring the car in and have it replaced. No one ever told us that the condenser needed replacing. I was offered Friday at 1:30 to drop off the car, they said it should only take a couple of hours. I got there and the nice woman in the service department asked if I had already paid for the repair service. I explain that I just got the car on Sunday and I was sure it was under warranty. Then she asked for the paperwork I was given for the repair, I explained I never even knew I needed a repair and was given no paperwork. She then asked If I planned to pick up the car today? I said yes and was there a reason I may not be able to? She said it seemed like a lot of work and they close at 5:30. I informed her that I know none of this was her fault, but if I was unable to get my car today there was going to be a huge problem! I was called 2 1/2 hours later and went to pick up the car with the new condenser and the new key. I hope I never have to go there again myself and would absolutely never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Once we had a problem with the car less than 2000 miles later and after seven emails and four voice mails, I cannot get C.A. to respond. Stay away. More

Awesome dealership! I chose to lease a car through Brandfon Honda after having an unsatisfactory experience with another local dealership. Good to poor experience Overall sales and delivery of car was mediocre with sale and purchase of car a positive experience but the pick up and delivery of car a negative e Overall sales and delivery of car was mediocre with sale and purchase of car a positive experience but the pick up and delivery of car a negative experience. Chris was pleasant and informative during throughout the negotiation of our sale. However he fell short on the delivery of the car. We had a 1:00 appointment with him on the day of delivery. When we arrived our car was not available to inspect and Chris was working with other customers despite the fact that he had booked this appointment time with us. In an attempt to expedite the process Chris had Bill take care of the financial piece of the deal while he finished up with his other customers. Unfortunately when we finished with Bill, Chris was still tied up with other customers and did not become available to work with us until 2:30. As I had a medical appointment at 3:15 ( which I had made Chris aware of when we set up our 1:00 appointment) we had little time to complete the delivery process. As Chris and the sales manager hurried to transfer the plates from my trade to the new car it was discovered that the new car had no bracket to mount a plate on the front of the car. Both the sales manager and our sales person basically eluded to the fact that a front plate wasn't necessary even when asked if it was CT state law. Consequently we did not have the front plate mounted on the day of delivery but instead had to return on a separate date after learning that CT law does require vehicles to have a front and rear license plate. Additionally since our delivery time was cut short Chris was unable to go over any of the features of the car but did sync my phone to the car's bluetooth. All in all I would be hesitant to recommend Brandfon to others based on our unpleasant delivery experience. More

Worst Post-Sale Customer Service Ever I have been strung along, ignored and completely blown off by EVERY level of employee from salesman to owner! I have to say first that before the pa I have been strung along, ignored and completely blown off by EVERY level of employee from salesman to owner! I have to say first that before the paperwork was signed, everything was great, however, the day after the sale I asked for an itemized receipt to show what I paid for a remote starter and spare key because the "cash sale price" listed on my purchase order just shows one price that is $956.05 over the vehicle price. I don't think that is an unreasonable request. It is now 16 days after the sale and after the GM did not show up for our meeting at 9am 3/10/2018, I finally received the reimbursement check he promised to give me that day. Funny thing that is is dated for 3/12/2018... I have included the owner in most of the emails but I have had NO communication from him at all. This has been without a doubt the WORST car buying (or anything buying) experience of my life. If I could have given a ZERO star rating, I would have. I wish there was a place on this survey to upload documents so I could post my emails for all to see. There is alot more to this, so if anyone would like me to give details, I would be happy to.
