I highly recommend Doug at Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Freehold. I went there asking to see three different cars and Doug took the time to show me all of them. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received from this dealer. I bought my car July 31st and have yet to receive my license plates. Every time I call, I get a different excuse as to why my plates hav this dealer. I bought my car July 31st and have yet to receive my license plates. Every time I call, I get a different excuse as to why my plates have yet to be delivered. Obviously, there was a discrepancy on their part and they are refusing to admit it. My parents bought a car the day before at their location and received their plates, yet when I call to ask about mine they tell me the DMV is backed up. Also, I had issues with this dealership sending over the information to my car insurance company so I can insure my car. I wound up having to get the information to send over to Geico myself so they didnt take my car off the policy. The general manager is useless, doesn't get on the phone when I call, and makes the receptionist speak to me, telling me "he doesn't know the situation so he can't help you". How does a general manager of a dealership not know of an ongoing issue with a customer, or at least get on the phone to address the issues at hand? This dealership is extremely incompetent and I would stay as far away as possible. More
