Everybody treated me fair and my sales person William was great with helping me out with little details that I did not understand. They also help me understand the warrantee and what I can do to extend my warranty.I like the fact that he didn’t beat around the bush about the car I was buying and that got my respect.Great job!!
Brought my newly purchased used BMW in to have my keys repaired and some minor issues addressed. My service experience was good!. My initial concerns were addressed and I got good advice from David (?) to address other outstanding issues with the car. I will be following up per his advise. Much thanks
I dealt with Chris Chang, it was the best, most relaxed experience I have had at a car dealership. He listened to what I wanted and did all he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He allowed me to discuss what I was looking for and wasn't pushy or directing me to a vehicle.
I dealt with Bill Hamilton on the day of delivery, Bill was thorough and again provided a caring, relaxed environment that day. Finance was great and made the process very easy. The Genius went over everything in the vehicle and I left with a relationship at a new dealership, I left the one I have been dealing with for the last 18 years.

Turned in a used 2014 i3 and purchased a brand new 2018 i3. Very pleased with price and with level of service and follow through from Chris and Bill. They made the process very seamless and I was able to get exactly the options I wanted. I was also pleased with their level of commitment to the EV space. Unlike a lot of dealers where electric cars (and EV buyers) are still not really respected, Chris and Bill were clearly familiar with the product offerings and were equally passionate.
