Arlington Acura is nearly an hour's drive from our house, but we remain faithful customers because the care given to the car, the trust we have in this dealership, and the pleasantness of the experience for but we remain faithful customers because the care given to the car, the trust we have in this dealership, and the pleasantness of the experience for us makes the journey worth while. I have been with Arlington Acura now since 1994 when I arrived in Chicago with an Acura Legend. We don't change cars often, but we don't need to because this dealership looks after them so well. Two new cars later, we would not consider going anywhere else. More

Took my car at the appointed time. Said it would be ready in an hour, which it was. Came and told me my brake fluid was low and I could either have it done now or come back. Had it done the same day a ready in an hour, which it was. Came and told me my brake fluid was low and I could either have it done now or come back. Had it done the same day as oil change. Never had a problem with service dept. Always helpful. The. Had a nice car wash. Happy customer. More

Chris the service technician greeted us at the appointed time and had a loaner car ready. After explaining our problem on the 2017 MDX he told us he would give me call once they found out the problem. Next time and had a loaner car ready. After explaining our problem on the 2017 MDX he told us he would give me call once they found out the problem. Next day as promised he called and explained what was required to fix the problem. Interestingly, I took the car to another dealer 1 month ago and they were not able to fix the problem. The problem was fixed and the car was to be picked up as promised. It was very refreshing to have a knowledgeable service technician. I would definitely recommed that you ask for Chris for your service needs. More
