I bought new tires for my MDX from Acura so when I had a slow leak in one of them I brought the car in to them for the fix. They found a nail, repaired it and I wasout in about 45 min. with no charge - grea slow leak in one of them I brought the car in to them for the fix. Chris was my service rep. Came in for basic service. Kept me up to date on timing. Air filters needed changing. Showed me what mine looked like . It was first time change Came in for basic service. Best service experience ever! Was driving my 2019 Acura NSX and experienced a sudden loss of power and several warning lights, I called and spoke to Aamer Ali and he said to brin Was driving my 2019 Acura NSX and experienced a sudden loss of power and several warning lights, I called and spoke to Aamer Ali and he said to bring the car by and he would figure something out, so drove directly to Arlington Acura and within minutes Aamer had their NSX technician looking at the car to try to diagnose the issue. Within 1 hour was on the road again with a new battery (turned out to be a low voltage issue) and while the car was there they technician even noticed the batteries in the key fobs were low so replaced them as well! At the beginning of this ordeal I was thinking I’d have to leave the car for days before they would even be able to look at it but Aamer and the Arlington Acura crew made sure I was taken care of and inconvenienced as little as possible…. they literally could not have done a better job, and because of this outstanding treatment, this will be the only Acura dealership I use as long as I own this vehicle. Thank you again for the great service! More
