I purchased my 2025 XT4 knowing the back up camera had to be replaced. I purchased the car on a Saturday and I brught it back on Tuesday for the camera replacement. He gave ma a loaner and I was on my way. be replaced. I purchased the car on a Saturday and I brught it back on Tuesday for the camera replacement. He gave ma a loaner and I was on my way. After I got my car back it has a severe rattle in the back near where the work was done and now I have to wait 2 weeks to bring it back because they didn't have a car loaner, however when they made the sale they made sure I would have a loaner. I called the salesman back to report the rattle which was a direct result from the repair and he just transferred me to the service department ths time. Service after the sale was not what I was expecting from Cadillac! It was seriously lacking in effort. I bought a Cadillac XT4 but that was not an optin below on the make and model so I just chose Buick so I couild submit. This is my 5th purchase from Tom Clark dealership - little dissappointed this time around. More
