My wife and I were met with top tier customer service from Toyota of Easley. We found our Land Cruiser online and Chris Gist made the entire process smooth and easy. We were able to confidently travel fr from Toyota of Easley. We found our Land Cruiser online and Chris Gist made the entire process smooth and easy. We were able to confidently travel from out of state because Chris made the experience so worry free! From the pictures and videos he sent, to the phone calls he took to help my wife and I feel confident before driving from Georgia, we can’t thank you enough!! Each time we spoke we were met with a level of friendly enthusiasm, it was hard not to feel welcome. We even had a few additions and Chris and the team at Easley updated us each step of the way. They made sure to have our Land Cruiser ready so when we drove up all we had to handle was the finance paperwork. Walker in the finance department was absolutely amazing as well! He throughly reviewed each document to ensure we understood each and every item. Walker made certain to address each of our several questions to which he explained everything in detail. Walker took the fear out of the financial paperwork process and made my wife and I feel confident in our purchase. We can’t thank you enough!! We appreciate your patience. Toyota of Easley made buying our first NEW car an experience we’ll never forget. We will be back for the next one. Thanks for making today so seamless and unforgettable. Be sure to go see the friendly team at Toyota of Easley! More
