Salesman told us he was going to show us ALL the 2024s that happened to be in the back lot…we told him right away that we wanted a 2024 model. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there were 2023s mixed that happened to be in the back lot…we told him right away that we wanted a 2024 model. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there were 2023s mixed in with the 2024s and of course the salesman didn’t point that out! Unfortunately, we purchased a 2023 thinking we were purchasing a 2024! We didn’t realize it until we got home and looked over all the paperwork. Both my husband and I are still very upset about being deceived! Just to let you know…I did call the salesman and told him so, however, his excuse was…well you liked the car and I didn’t force you to purchase it! No, however, you didn’t point out that it was an 2023 when you knew we wanted an 2024! Shame on us for putting our trust in the salesman. This is our third Volvo and I’ll be quite honest with you…I’ve never been happy with your dealership or service department. If you should ask me why… here’s a very good example of why! More

I was very impressed with the transaction and I am very happy with the car. The only thing is I feel that the oil and filter should have been changed because it was last changed on 05/27/2022 at 45,861 mil happy with the car.
