Phenomenal experience. Went in for service then fell in love with an XC40 in the showroom. I went home and called/texted him with some questions, and with his quick response, the rest was history. I have a shiny new Volvo in my garage. No push, no pressure, just an organic and professional transaction. Chris is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service!! P.S. The service department was outstanding, as well.
