The sales experience was good (4/5), but the overall experience with purchasing a Certified vehicle was ruined by a poor inspection by the service department. Volvo needs to perform a Quality inspection of the work performed to ensure their reputation isn’t tarnished by pencil pushing. CPOs out the door. These are blatant errors of inspection oversight and borderline on being criminal misrepresentation. More
