Totally unexpected over the top help from Chris. I called because I was in an emergency situation regarding my key not working, and I was having issues with locking my door in the City. Chris provided me many different ways to fix the key as well as called me back to talk to me about the Volvo remote services app and directed me to the site and sent me a link. There’s not many people these days that take that extra step to help somebody out when they’re in need and Chris did that! They’re a closer dealer than my old dealer so I will come here from now on! More

The test drive gave good examples of all the driving one might come across and never felt hurried or rushed . But the best part of the buying was interaction with Chris Gough my sales advisor. If you are fortunate to be able to purchase a Volvo ,you owe it to yourself to go the extra mile and seek out Chris. He is who he is and very competent yet very informative and has anease in explaining each step of the process, Listen you can buy a car or refrigerator or anything anywhere , however the true value will be when that purchase fails or needs an explanation and the feeling you won t be alone. We worked with Freddy on closing documents and payment. He was also a pleasure. Both Chris and Freddy were complimentary of the dealership's general sales manager, Ken Kowal. Two staff members went out of the way to mention what a good person the manager is and that was reflected in the way we were treated as customers. I called the service department this morning regarding my Volvo oncall subscription that I couldn’t get working. Chris G answered the call and was very polite and helpful. We were on the phone for 23 minutes Volvo oncall subscription that I couldn’t get working. Chris G answered the call and was very polite and helpful. We were on the phone for 23 minutes. He walked me through every step and was patient. End result was my subscription is up and running. I can now remotely start my car and use the other features as well. More
