About four months ago, I bought a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter from this dealership. Upon purchase, there was an issue with the contract, in which the finance manager, Amir, added a $10,000 warranty without my co from this dealership. Upon purchase, there was an issue with the contract, in which the finance manager, Amir, added a $10,000 warranty without my consent. When signing the contract, he explained these warranties to me, and I asked him if they were included in the price of the car or if I had to pay extra for them. He told me they were already included. I called him the next day. Amir was very unhappy, apparently because he was supposed to receive some kind of commission from this money and was very upset that I didn't let him deceive me. I demanded that he remove all the warranties from the contract. He did so, although he was very unhappy and tried to persuade me not to cancel them, trying to convince me that my car would definitely break down and I would need this warranty. I already left this review here, as there was also an issue with the car registration and temporary license plates. But Amir asked me to remove this and promised that he would personally handle the registration process and ensure that everything was done as quickly as possible. He also asked me not to call anyone else but him. Initially, I was promised that the registration process would take 2 to 3 months, since this was a out-of-state registration. After two months, nothing happened, although Amir kept saying on the phone that the registration process was almost complete within two to three weeks. In mid-October, when I needed temporary plates again, I called Amir to ask about my permanent registration in New Jersey. He said that the documents would be sent to New Jersey within a week and that they would let me know within another week when I should come to New Jersey to register the car. This was in mid-October. Since I was buying this car for work, I explained to them that until I could register the car in my name, I couldn't work under my own company, and because of this, I was losing approximately $1,500-$2,000 weekly. At the end of October, I called Amir to check on the registration process. He promised it would be done within two weeks of our last conversation. He told me he hadn't said that and wouldn't give me any new deadlines because he didn't know when the registration would be completed. He did promise, however, that it would definitely be done in November. So, four months have passed since I bought the car, and I still don't have permanent license plates because of the people who work there, who couldn't care less. By the way Amir hasn't been in touch or responding to messages since mid-November. If you have the option of buying elsewhere, I advise you to do so elsewhere. You can't count on them doing anything quickly or honestly. Be especially careful when signing any documents Amir gives you, as there's no guarantee he won't try to deceive you and sell you services you don't need without your knowledge. Today, they told me over the phone that the documents were sent to New Jersey on November 19th. Which means that when I called them on November 16th and they said they sent the documents, they were simply lying. And no one sent anything in mid-October, as Amir promised. _____UPDATE : No one at this dealership cares about anything. It feels like they're doing this on purpose. Called them today to get a new temporary tag, because tomorrow is Sunday and they will not work. Initially Chris promised to handle these things, but then the financial manager, Amir, decided to take over and asked me to call only him. But since he still hasn't recovered from unsuccessful $10,000 scam, he stopped communicating. I called them this morning about a temporary tag, and they said they'd send it in five minutes. They dragged it out until the end of the day, and then went home. Chris btw said that he is on it when they were still working . If you have the option of buying from another dealer, do so, because these people, Amir and Chris, are the ones you'll be working with, while they don't give a xxxx More

Purchased a 2020 F250 Lariat. Charley was a major reason my Sale with Merchant happened. Turned out they were honest just not explaining it clear. Thank you Charley for the kindness and patience. Nice close Sir. That's my review regarding the sales process. When my Truck arrives in North Carolina on Monday I'll give a Part Two on..."is the product what was presented online?" It better be I'm $80,000 deep without even a test drive. OH... Financing "Mr. Eric". yea yea yea ..you're awesome too. I owe you a few adult beverages for taking my calls on your personal cell after hours. Cheers! More
