Chris was very professional and courteous. He stayed in contact with me through text messages after I dropped the vehicle offer. Would have liked a better loaner. contact with me through text messages after I dropped the vehicle offer. Would have liked a better loaner. More

The messaging system asks for the customer to notify the dealer 30mins prior to pickup so that the vehicle can be ready upon arrival. Alas, this process which should be like an assembly line always seems disorganized and slow. Notifying the dealer 30mins ahead infers to the customer that the vehicle will be ready and waiting but it never is. Like yesterday, the wait is often another 20-30mins after arrival.
