Despite some issues with booking a service appointment online, once corrected the experience was professional as always from check-in to check-out. Chris Iseman is a gentleman and a professional and I enjoy working with him. If there is one thing to criticize, it's the pick-up process. The messaging system asks for the customer to notify the dealer 30mins prior to pickup so that the vehicle can be ready upon arrival. Alas, this process which should be like an assembly line always seems disorganized and slow. Notifying the dealer 30mins ahead infers to the customer that the vehicle will be ready and waiting but it never is. Like yesterday, the wait is often another 20-30mins after arrival. So why bother notifying anyone of my impending arrival? More
