Salesman was very courteous and friendly. When I walked in to your business I explained that I was just looking not sure if I was buying. Salesperson still showed me vehicles and talked with me. I had first went to bass Ford and the salesperson showed me no vehicles and was not very helpful. I walked out and came to your car lot. Because of the service I had there, I walked out with a brand new car Thank you for such a great team. More

Didn’t want to work with my bank. Clearly having communication issues because they accused me of trying to steal the truck.Then tried to sell me an extended warranty for a truck that Clearly having communication issues because they accused me of trying to steal the truck.Then tried to sell me an extended warranty for a truck that was already leaking oil. I asked if the warranty would cover the leak. The man said “Yes” I asked even if it’s currently leaking he then accused me of trying to fraud the warranty company. I called the previous day and asked if the truck had any mechanical issues before I drove 2hrs to look at it. Chris said “It would not be on our lot if it wasn’t”. When I get there the following day he tells me they have to put a battery in it. Then we test drive it and I crawl under the truck and find a significant oil leak. I brought it to their attention and they tell me it is priced accordingly. So they wouldn’t have told me about it if I didn't crawl in the mud and find it. All in all I was very unhappy with the deal and I don’t plan on recommending this dealership to anyone I know. More
