Excellent Customer Service When I walked into White Plains Nissan I was not going to buy a car there as I was going to another dealer that gave me quotes on Rogue. But when I ca When I walked into White Plains Nissan I was not going to buy a car there as I was going to another dealer that gave me quotes on Rogue. But when I came into White Plains I was greeted like a family member and my Salesperson Grecia was so friendly and full of information as were Felix Camino. They tied so hard to get the first choice color but was not successful so in looking at another I decided to buy my car there with a color they had in stock. All I can say all the salesman and everyone working there was all so polite helpful and professional including the owner. My sales person will see me again when I am up with my lease good going Grecia and White Plains Nissan. More

Dont waste time anywhere else! I did the shop-around thing, went from one dealer to the next (in-person, online, and on the phone) and kept getting the runaround. When I arrived at White Plains Nissan, I was spoken to like an adult, was able to work out the details quickly, and got exactly what I wanted, with no last-minute surprises. In fact, my sales rep Mahari Davis actually picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership so I could pick up my new vehicle! I would whole-heartedly recommend everyone go to White Plains Nissan! More

Truly exceptional experience! I really should have written this sooner. White Plains Nissan has come under new ownership and they have turned this place into a pleasant place to d I really should have written this sooner. White Plains Nissan has come under new ownership and they have turned this place into a pleasant place to do business. They have a wonderful staff, my salesgirl in particular Grecia delivers a "Truly exceptional experience" which is what the new ownership hopes everyones experiences. While I did have to wait for Grecia due to a busy weekend, everyone made sure I was being taken care of and offered refreshments several times for me and my family. I didn't feel ignored, and when I got the pleasure I was greeted with a warm smile and was shown genuine interest, Gracie shared her knowledge and put me in the car that was right for me, not right for her. What made it better, when signing paperwork even the manager Chris knew I waited for a bit and offered me an appt for my first oil change, for FREE! Hands down, an amazing experience and still rave about it to friends whom I know will experience the same (maybe better!) when they purchase their car from Grecia ( Gracie ) since she's so sweet! More

Excellent Price - Awful customer service I rated the experience as Fair only because of the excellent price however as you read this review you will read about the very poor customer service. My wife and I were looking to purchase a Nissan Rogue for our son who will be off to college in Western New York this Fall. We search the internet to check on inventory of used Rogues in our area. We began with Nissan City in Port Chester. We Purchased a new Altima in the past. They have fine Customer service but their prices were higher than we wished to pay for a used Rogue. We went to White Plains Nissan as they had two vehicles that we were interested in and Brianna made a nice first impression. We dealt with salesman Keith Roberts. Mr. Roberts was not a friendly individual but we made a deal on the price of the car and the trade in and management accepted. We made the purchase on Sunday May 24th and agreed to pick up the car on Thursday May 28th. We request and they agreed to remove a few small dents, add splash guards and car mats. Mr. Roberts request we call on Thursday to confirm the car was ready. I placed a call to him at 1PM and he informed me he would check and call me back in 10 minutes. I requested he give me 30 minutes as I was going into a meeting. Beginning at 2 pm I placed calls to him every 30 minutes only to be told he was unavailable. I left messages in his inbox but he did not call back. Finally, a little after 4 he took my call and confirmed the car was ready. We arrived at 6:30 and we saw the vehicle and it did not have the splash guard on the car. What kind of inspection could he have done when there were only three items on the list. He informed an associate that we would not take the car and the associate informed me that splash guards were not an option for the SV. I was stunned when each other SV in the lot had splash guards. Even Mr. Roberts looked away and would not comment. He informed us to call him in the morning at about 10:30 and he would confirm the splash guards had been added. When we called we were told he was at service as we had afternoon doctors appointments. We called several times thereafter and finally tried to track him down at service. He called us at about 11:30 and informed us to come in. We arrived back at the dealership at noon and saw the car in the bay next to the show room getting cleaned up. We could not find Mr. Roberts and were told he took the car out to get gas. ??? About 30 minutes later as we stood around wondering what was going on he came up to the showroom and informed us he was on the phone downstairs. Does the lying ever end at this dealership? When he was going over the vehicle with my son I pointed out something to my son I would prefer he not use with the car and Mr. Roberts interjected. "Would you like to explain the car to him"? The poor customer service continued. This was a cash deal but we had to meet with the finance manager Chris who was very pleasant and of course attempted to up sell the extended warranty to us. When we declined he informed us we still had 90 days to make our final decision. They do not inform you of this until you decline. It is $2,000 more and I am sure people make the impulse purchase without reviewing the plan completely. At this point purchasers are probably looking forward to get on with their day. White Plains Nissan is under new ownership and management but their old reputation of poor customer service appears to be the same. Oh BTW, the car was only half full. First time purchasing a car from a dealer whether new or Certified we did not leave with a full tank. We would have never purchased from this dealer had it not been for the price. More
