My husband and I have both been loyal Toyota customers for over 20 years and decided to switch to Ford 3 years ago, after a bad experience with a Toyota salesman and sales manager. Despite my frustration with the customer service I received 3 years ago, I have still always love the 4runner. With my Ford lease almost ending, I wandered into Toyota in the evening, at a time i thought they would be closed and I would not be bothered by sales people, in order to check out the 2020 4runner in person. Chris Miller happened to be in the parking lot and asked if we needed any help. My husband remembered interacting with him briefly in the past and observing him with other customers. I was hesitant and in no mood for the car selling hustle and bustle, but he assured me that he remembered Chris's professional and honest demeanor and that if we were going to spend any time speaking to a sales person, this was the best guy. I took my chances and boy am i glad that i did. Chris has brought me back to Toyota and put me in the SUV that I love! He was straightforward and to the point. He did not make promises that could not be kept and told me when my hopes were unrealistic. He made me trust him within the first 5 minutes, which is extremely rare with car salesman and surely a gift of the trade!! Chris respected my time and feelings throughout our interaction and made me feel like we were a team. I am so glad to be back in a Toyota, thanks to Chris! I look forward to going back to him for any future vehicle purchases for our family. Chris Miller is a huge asset to Treasure Coast Toyota and others (at all levels) should observe and take some tips from him on good interpersonal communication and customer service!!!! More

Bait-and-Switch Tactics, Predatory Sales Tactics I found a used truck for sale at Treasure Coast Toyota while searching online. The salesman and I discussed the truck, and agreed on a price of $20,00 I found a used truck for sale at Treasure Coast Toyota while searching online. The salesman and I discussed the truck, and agreed on a price of $20,000, for a total of $21,680 with my local taxes included. I am out of the area, so they sent me the contract via overnight mail - it was wrong and did not reflect that I paid a $1,000 deposit. They sent another, and it was wrong, and the total price was $21,000, not the agreed upon $20,000. This process has taken nine days, because they delayed sending the second contract by four days. I have called multiple times every day. During this process, I had it inspected ($150), and the inspector identified a problem with the air conditioner not blowing as cold as it should. I told the salesman about this, and he said he will have the service department look at and fix the truck. Two days later, I called the service department and they had no record of the truck being in the shop. The salesman admitted that he did not have them look at it, because they do an inspection before the vehicle gets on the lot - despite the fact that there was an identified problem and he said they would look at it. Treasure Coast Toyota used bait-and-switch tactics, wasted huge amounts of my time, and lied extensively. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle elsewhere. More
