Was sold a 2021 Toyota Sienna XLE by Chris Miller. No pressure, Chris listened carefully and was very helpful. We actually didn't come in to purchase a vehicle. Just needed answers to some questions and to test drive the RAV4 again before making a final decision. Chris Miller was very accommodating. The salesman, Chris Miller was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient. We asked for a specific color and accessories and he did his best to locate what we wanted. However, the dealer was less knowledgeable and patient. We asked for a specific color and accessories and he did his best to locate what we wanted. However, the dealer was less than truthful. They tried to get us to take one we did not want. We told them to call us when they had what we were looking for and started to leave. Magically, the car we wanted suddenly showed up. When we asked how that was possible since they said they didn't have the car, no one could explain it. My wife and I have excellent credit. During negotiations, we attempted several times to find out what the interest rate would be on our loan. We had a trade in plus a considerable amount of cash to add to the down payment. As the paper work was finished and before we would sign, we insisted on knowing the interest rate and was finally told it was 6.5%. We strongly objected and threatened to walk out but before we got very far, our interest rate was changed from 6.5% to 0% and an additional $1700 was taken off the car. I feel that had they been honest with us from the beginning, we would have had a better experience. More
