Lack of communication, worst customer service, they take no notes every person that call you back you have to explain again. Service is mediocre. No one acknowledged me in the lot even after I told them I could not walk much. Purchased vehicle requires over $3000 in repairs 23 days after driving off the lot. Now on day 13 trying to get repairs authorized and made, so we can use it. Had to get to corporate office in Charlotte t after driving off the lot. Now on day 13 trying to get repairs authorized and made, so we can use it. Had to get to corporate office in Charlotte to get responses. Hopefully will have drivable vehicle next week. This is my second purchase from this dealer. Last year, they were great. Hoping this is one-off problem as everyone has a bad day. More
