Fui el 3 de Febrero lleve todo los documentos requerido. Yo tengo una Kia del 2008 me dijeron que la cojian dreidin mas $200.00 dolares. Que habia sido haprobada por 2 bancos. El Sr. Pinar me pidio hiciera una encuesta y que a tal encuesta le tenia que dal a todo 10 y pecfecto a todo. Bueno mi unico error fue poner que se habian demorado en darme contastacion de la aprobacion del vehiculo. Una semana despues el vendedor osea el Sr. Pinar me llamo muy molesto diciendo que tenia que devolver el vehiculo. Le pregunte qué cuàl era la razón y me contesto que fue por que no los represente bien en la encuesta. Le dije pero yo no fui aprobada por dos banco? A lo cual me contesto que el gerente estaba molesto conmigo por que yo no hice la encuesta como el me dijo la hiciera. Cuando fui a recoger mi vehiculo el que habia dado el treiding le habian quitado las alfombras y los focos de alogeno cuando les exigi por ello me trataron de mentirosa. Algo de lo cual no aptecio en nada. Si el vehiculo no lo aprobaron no usen la encuesta como excusa y por favor no me tilden de mentirosa cuando yo se lo que mi auto tenia fue dos veces y pregunte por las luces del auto y ellos decian ella dice que el auto tenia esas luces. Señores eso no se hace quedaron en llamarme. Ya han pasado varios días y aun ni me han llamado. Eso habla muy feo de ustedes. Por favor retiren esa foto pues yo NO tengo ningun auto nuevo con ustedes. More

extended test drive This dealership was very pushy at time of purchase while signing the paperwork I didn't fully get much time to look it over. I left the lot however ve This dealership was very pushy at time of purchase while signing the paperwork I didn't fully get much time to look it over. I left the lot however very happy with the car they offered me. later to look at contract and find they charged me at 899.00 dollar dealership fee. looked this fee up online to find its for preparing the car for sale. the used car I had gotten wasn't detailed had bad windshield wipers. The tires while yes legal to sale would need replacement in just a few months. I figured this was the worse part of my story. till 10 days later when a call came in asking me to come sign papers. Ounce at the dealership I was told they needed the car back and would be happy to give me a ride home. Left shocked how did we go from signed papers and its all yours the minute you drive it off the lot, to its not yours anymore. I guess they were just letting me test drive the car for 10 days. here are facts about my situation I cam to this dealership because they say on the business card no credit bad credit we can help I didn't have good credit or any credit they said no problem they told me they had a lender for me. we talked about down payment I told them the most I could do was 4,500 down they told me the deal was good to go. After reviewing the contract and seeing 1,500 was for a service plan of oil changes and tire rotations witch this car needed new tires that would come with tire rotations. I asked to take the service plan off the loan. when they caledl to sign asking me to come papers I assumed that was why. not ounce did this dealership tell me I was pending approval when they handed me the keys and I drove off in this car. if you are visiting this lot because you heard they do bad credit no credit well use caution and be advised you might drive off in a car only to test drive if for an extended length of time. christopher pinard was my sales man he took me on a test drive with no gas in the car and had to push it back to the lot sold me a car that was not detailed during the car deal he was pushy and vague asking me to sign papers before I even had seen a selling price for the car. when i came back and was informed that they need the car back he again was very vague couldn't give me answers asked me for 2,000 more down. I made it clear 4,500 that was already paid was max down. his insensitive response without providing me with information as to what the down was changing on the previous loan, was "well we have a car waiting to give you a ride home". Christopher pinard is insensitive After realizing I now have no car or the rental car that my insurance was covering while looking for cars. Also that I went through a lot of hassle to put this car on my insurance that it had my plate transferred to it. He approaches me to tell me they will drive me home in this very car. using the plates I supplied from my previously totatalled car. He then suggested you can come back later this week and pick your plate up. More
