I went in to have my radio replaced in my 2019 Cherokee limited w/technology pkg. it was done and I waited 2hours. Extremely happy with the service I received. They even patched a tire that I was struggling to find someone to repair. The tire was practically new, everyone was wanting us to replace it. Service advisor was awesome. My issue is that people who work there have even witnessed what my air confirming system does but service techs say everything appears normal. I now have to keep my a/c at 66 or work there have even witnessed what my air confirming system does but service techs say everything appears normal. I now have to keep my a/c at 66 or 67 degrees to get and keep the vehicle cold and stay cold. I have to keep the fan on high at all times. This truck used to freeze me out at 74 degrees on #3 or #4 fan speed. Very disappointed that someone is not finding the cause of this issue. More
