When I purchased my new Ram City ProMaster in February 2019 the salesman told me that I would receive 4 free oil changes. A few months ago when I went for my third oil change service person said they didn 2019 the salesman told me that I would receive 4 free oil changes. A few months ago when I went for my third oil change service person said they didn't have record of that. But they did the oil change anyway at no charge to me. A few ago I went back for my 4th oil change. I again was met with we don't have record of that and our contract says you only were to receive two free oil changes. I argue the facts that I was told 4 and your service department honored it. Hats off your service department for honoring a verbal commitment from the individual named Brian who originally sold me the vehicle and then was transferred to head of the service department but no longer employed there. When I went to submit this I had to pick an individual who I dealt with. I don't know the individuals name but it's probably on your record on my service to the vehicle. The wait is too long. My vehicle had a light prompt on the dashboard which I pointed out to the person checking it in. Got back my vehicle after waiting 2 hours + for an oil change a front end Alignment, the dashboard which I pointed out to the person checking it in.
