When I purchased my new Ram City ProMaster in February 2019 the salesman told me that I would receive 4 free oil changes. A few months ago when I went for my third oil change service person said they didn 2019 the salesman told me that I would receive 4 free oil changes. A few months ago when I went for my third oil change service person said they didn't have record of that. But they did the oil change anyway at no charge to me. A few ago I went back for my 4th oil change. I again was met with we don't have record of that and our contract says you only were to receive two free oil changes. I argue the facts that I was told 4 and your service department honored it. Hats off your service department for honoring a verbal commitment from the individual named Brian who originally sold me the vehicle and then was transferred to head of the service department but no longer employed there. When I went to submit this I had to pick an individual who I dealt with. I don't know the individuals name but it's probably on your record on my service to the vehicle. I brought my Ram in to get GPS update and got two recalls done also that I wasn’t aware of. Had brake fluid also replaced. The wait is too long. My vehicle had a light prompt on the dashboard which I pointed out to the person checking it in. Got back my vehicle after waiting 2 hours + for an oil change a front end Alignment, the dashboard which I pointed out to the person checking it in. Got back my vehicle after waiting 2 hours + for an oil change a front end Alignment, only to see the light was still on the dashboard. Showed it to the attend and he took the vehicle back only to find out the tires needed air. Explain to me how they did a wheel alignment without checking the tires? 🥺Very disappointed and dissatisfied 🙁 More
