Mehran (Soldier) was the first person that we encountered and upon speaking with him and explaining what we wanted he went to work doing just that. Johnny was very approachable and went to work to make the deal happen and of course it did. And what can be said of Chris, he is the best, easy to talk to and explained how everything finally came together. Everyone explained the process completely, so you were never left in the dark. That is what people expect wherever they go which isn't asking too much. Even the guys that were not directly involved were courteous and friendly like holding the door open for you. Everyone had a nice friendly smile and made you feel at home. My sister and I could hang out there every day. The staff there is a good fit. And we also appreciated the clean building, and of course clean restrooms. Our experience was very pleasant, and we would like to thank everyone once again for making our encounter with Shottenkirk Nissan Katy a most pleasant experience.
