Today's service was exceptional. Christopher Russell went out of his way to ensure I understood all the services received the entire time to keep me well informed. This was my first oil change and I was impressed with the video clips and narration of seeing my car on the rack showing the brake areas inspection. Good job on the video. Overal the relationships I've gain from Grubbs is warming. My sales person Anthony Miller and a few others makes it a true pleasure to continue using this location as my home.
