The refund check was immediately requested by the General Manager, but delayed a few extra days in processing. The check has been cut, sent, received and even cleared by our bank....very glad to get this resolved as quickly as possible. My husband Frank went to the dealership Friday, November 27th. He spoke to Christopher, sales mgr.,who told him that the sales dept doesn't do things the same way the service dept does and "they were not connected". He then called in the service manager, Barb Weed, who stated "they only did what the customer wanted". Then Frank talked to Nick Solarno, the general manager, and after Frank explained the situation, Nick said they would refund approx. $320 to my mother. As of today, she has not received a check as promised. At this point, we feel only a full refund would be appropriate. Lets be clear...its not about the money; the fact that the general manager lied to my husband tells us you are more concerned about sales and not ethics. And our mother was taken for a ride. FYI: if you look at your records, you will see that our mothers car was serviced in june 2020, for an oil change and rotation, which they repeated in november.
