My appointment with Jordan Dancer was very satisfactory. I had many questions about the various bells and whistles of the RAV4. The Owners manual is very difficult to use and understand. Perfect car buying experience thanks to general manager Nick Salerno's leadership. Car salesman Ryan Barkey did a great job helping us; we came in for one model and ended up with something better. 1st as to "Would I recommend this dealership I selected NO as I could not say something that described my experience best. The vehicle is GREAT & Price was fair. Mostly everyone is great, however it only t NO as I could not say something that described my experience best. The vehicle is GREAT & Price was fair. Mostly everyone is great, however it only takes "One Poor Apple to make the whole barrel questionable". That Poor Apple would be Christopher Sanchez or as I like to call him Jekyll & Hyde. (more Hyde than Jekyll). Watch this fellow if you work with him as once the sale is complete the Hyde Transformation will start. He will suddenly have hearing problems & memory lapses & what ever you do do not try to talk to him over a phone unless you like dial tones or dead air. Knowing how Alan Jay runs his operations and concern for people in general I am surprised that he or his admins allowed Christopher Sanchez to stay employed at the dealership. I would encourage that if you make a appointment & they want to set you up with Christopher Sanchez that you politely refuse and ask for someone else, don't let someone like Christopher Sanchez keep you from a good deal or think the others are like him as they are not. More
