We were so frustrated and decided to go visit Wilsonville Toyota and see what their “No Bull” was about. Chris Wallace was our advocate and we were so happy with the service. Working with Chris Wallace was a great experience! We visited Wilsonville Toyota to mainly look at RAV4 exterior and interior colors and features as we knew there had been changes made for 2019 models. We visited Wilsonville Toyota to mainly look at RAV4 exterior and interior colors and features as we knew there had been changes made for 2019 models. I had no real intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, but did want to see how the new RAV4 compared to the 2017 RAV4 we had recently sold. Chris Wallace greeted us when we entered the dealership. He was a very helpful and knowledgeable consultant as he listened to our needs and wants in a new vehicle. Since I have previously owned 2 RAV4s, I thought I wanted another one, but was also considering a Subaru. After looking at one of the Adenture Series on the lot that had most of the same equipment level as a Limited, we decided we liked the new Lunar Rock color and sporty interior features. Once we made our decision to purchase this vehicle, Chris made sure both the car and paperwork were promptly completed to lessen our wait time. He went over the new features on the car with me until I felt comfortable enough to drive my new car home. He then followed up by phone to see how I liked the car and to answer any other questions. I started by looking online and soon was able to speak with the actual person I was chatting with. This was super helpful since I didn't have to keep repeating what I wanted out of a vehicle. With way less than perfect credit, and a budget in mind I set an appointment over the phone. Next day I arrived and Chris Wallace was waiting for me. Chris already had my name down as V.I.P. and new all of the details on what I wanted out of my next vehicle. We test drove a lot of vehicles and Chris never once pressured me or gave me the impression he thought I was too picky😉 . I will continue to only work with Wilsonville Toyota in the future...and you really should too! More
