Christopher Wallace was amazing. We had an emergency with our son and had to rush to the hospital right during the middle of paper work. Chris got up and ran to get us our keys. The next weekend we finished the purchase of our New RAV4 hybrid limited. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient with us. My husband and I have bought several cars and trucks in our lifetime together. I have to say that the service Christopher Wallace provided when we purchased our new 4runner was not only the most profession our lifetime together. I have to say that the service Christopher Wallace provided when we purchased our new 4runner was not only the most professional, efficient, and easy… It was also very fun! He made the new car buying process seem like it was a date rather than a dreaded day sitting at a car dealership. Chris helped find the perfect vehicle for us. Christopher Wallace was great to deal with. I was only in for service. He asked if I was interested in getting a newer car since they had a request for my 2017 Highlander. 2 hours later I was driving off i for service. He asked if I was interested in getting a newer car since they had a request for my 2017 Highlander. 2 hours later I was driving off in a 2020 4 Runner, which my husband I are super excited about.
