I didn’t plan on buying a car that evening but was just trying to gather information to help me with my options. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building, I was asked what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a hybrid commuter car...something inexpensive and really great on gas. Something reliable. I knew I wanted to pay cash and I wanted to trade in my old highlander. There was no hassle about test driving and in just a few minutes, Chris Wallace was showing me the cars I was asking to see. At the end of the encounter, I had chosen a new RAV4 hybrid with plenty of room and roof racks for kayaks 👍. They are serious about “No Bull”. All prices were disclosed upfront and I knew exactly what amount I was spending. My impression of Chris Wallace: I’m grateful for the customer service that he showed and the patience displayed as I had lost my drivers license, mistaken my old cars registration for the title and had to wait about 5 days for the cash to be available in my checking account. Chris displayed stellar customer service throughout it all, even delivered the car to my home. I would definitely recommend Chris Wallace and Wilsonville Toyota. More

He asked if I was interested in getting a newer car since they had a request for my 2017 Highlander. 2 hours later I was driving off i for service.
