First-ever new car I went into this whole process having never before bought a new car and being wary about the amount of money I'd have to spend. We all know that new c I went into this whole process having never before bought a new car and being wary about the amount of money I'd have to spend. We all know that new cars "lose thousands" when you drive them off the lot but i got a great deal and will be using the car for the next decade, so initial depreciation doesn't bug me! T salesperson, Chris Watson, was great. I spent the final hours of 2015 with him and he never showed signs of duress or anxiety despite my myriad questions. I felt that he really cared that I be happy with MY decision and I would recommend that friends and colleagues see him. More

He My lease was ending so I went to Pacifico Ford as my lease came from there. Chris Watson did a great job with showing me multiple cars and options. He did a lot of number crunching to get me the best deal possible. Without Chris, I would not have gotten the new car I got. He made everything go so well and smooth. I am very happy with my car and the custom service Chris provided. I recommend this agency and Chris. More

Stress Free Experience at the Pacifico Ford Dealership We've been loyal customers of the Pacifico Dealership. We've leased and bought vehicles from Pacifico Ford and Pacifico Mazda for the past 10 years. W We've been loyal customers of the Pacifico Dealership. We've leased and bought vehicles from Pacifico Ford and Pacifico Mazda for the past 10 years. We worked with Chris Watson (Sales) and Bernard Jones (Finance) to lease a new vehicle. Chris made the process of selecting the proper vehicle for our growing family a stress free experience. Chris was very knowledgeable about the specs and features of the vehicles we were considering and was able to engage my wife and I in an honest conversation without the pressures of "making the sale." Bernard made the process of signing the enormous amount of financial paperwork bearable. Bernard also double checked and made sure the information in the contract were correct. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We look forward to working with this team again when our lease expires. More
