During the buying process everything fine except it was very slow. Like a fool I believed what I was told by Chris.we discussed an extended warranty which was supposed to be the length of loan.chris was no very slow. Like a fool I believed what I was told by Chris.we discussed an extended warranty which was supposed to be the length of loan.chris was not there the next day to close the deal (funeral).the next day I signed the necessary paperwork and off I went. I was not given any warranty info and foolishly believed what I was told.The next week When I requested the warranty info ,I was told I only had a 2year powertrain warranty. I reached out to Chris and he said we never discussed warranty (lie) I since have had several problems with truck. I also think $3000.00 is a lot for a 2 year warranty.chris was a nice guy but I would never recommend him or Pacifico to anybody. More
