I turned in my lease in February and I leased a brand new 2019 Ford Egde. Unfortunately I was rear ended in October by a car going 53-58mph. We barely moved on impact. The restraints held us in place and the car took the impact like she was made to do. Sadly the car was a total loss. I was immediately in contact with my Pacifico family expressing I really wanted the same car down to the color. They immediately went to work on finding my replacement with even better packages. One week and I’m already in my new Edge with a sense of peace knowing that I’m so safe in her. There’s no better Dealership then Pacifico Auto Group!! More

My son was never mislead and was given the best case for trading his car in and getting want he wanted to get not what a dealership was pushing that day.Our experience was top notch with these guys and we will always return. The best part was seeing that my boy could get his brand new 2019 Ford F-150 on his own and with no help from his parents ,it was something he has wanted from when he was a kid his grandfather would sit him on his lap parked on the street, well at least that is what i was told and let him pretend to drive it.The salesman and his team are awesome and up front with everything , we have brought fours cars off of Chris now and will continue to stay with this Top notch dealership More
