I'm a southern boy for the most part, raised in Florida and played baseball and football up to the collegiate level. I enjoy fishing and anything on or near the water (preferably saltwater). I take pride in providing outstanding customer service at the onset, during and after the sale. I'm very transparent and value my customer's time, with consistently doing my best with making each customer's purchase as efficient and seamless process as possible. I also understand the importance of establishing genuine relationships with my customers and hence, why the majority of my clientele is from referrals and loyal, long term customers. I forget his name but the gentleman with the spilled drink prop was hilarious. Chris was very laid back never pressured me on any price, he was great. Simone made sure he held up to all his promises. Simone is really good at what he does. He is very professional, caring, and understanding on what the customer needs and wants. Simone still provides me with input on my new purchase after the sale. Chris, did a great job as well. I would just prefer to know a few things up front in the near future. Which I know it’s not Chris who waited to provide me the information that I was requesting all along. I wish Hyundai can provide customers with the total price out the door. Part up front or in a swiftly manner, not in a hour or two later. More
