The many people we worked with were all great. However...We were there 5 HOURS. We arrived at 10:30, took a 10 minute test drive and maybe looked around 20 minutes before saying "ok, we're ready However...We were there 5 HOURS. We arrived at 10:30, took a 10 minute test drive and maybe looked around 20 minutes before saying "ok, we're ready to buy!" We rushed out the door at 3:30 (late to get our kids from school). I do not know what took so long to get all the papers. We went through quite a few people, for 4-1/2 hours. We realized we never were actually presented a final price. They work by showing monthly payments. By the time we finally got to that (monthly payment decisions), we were hungry (didn't pack food as we have never had to stay at a dealer so long), tired, and late/rushed to get out of there. Hindsight, we should have waited, but the deal was already halfway through. We feel sick today about the whole experience. 5 hours, and yet completely rushed at the end. NOT one hour. Not one person. And price...well, our fault for being so worn out at the end that we didn't do all the math to figure it out. More
