I gave the car in between 10-11am and got a text at around 4pm along the lines of confirming that they would be working on the car. I then came back at 6pm, one hour before closing, to a rude reception around 4pm along the lines of confirming that they would be working on the car. I then came back at 6pm, one hour before closing, to a rude receptionist and an untouched car. The receptionist ignored me quite a few times, and said to come back when I get a call or text that my car was ready only for a manager to tell me all the techs leave at 4pm so there was no way it would've been worked on in the one hour left before closing. She also rudely said they're gonna keep the car overnight instead of asking me, a situation that would've left me with no way to get home so I requested for my car to be returned to me. I did not go to this dealership again, I mad much better service at bmw of Manhasset. The very rude receptionist had glasses on, black hair, and was most likely of Hispanic descent. I also have a witness to this whole experience, someone who bought a car from them around 6 months ago and he too will not be servicing his car there. More
