Before sell experience is good but after sell Experience has been horrible for me. Purchased a car in Dec, Had problems within a week, car is still being fixed, its been 3 months, still driving loaner vehic has been horrible for me. Purchased a car in Dec, Had problems within a week, car is still being fixed, its been 3 months, still driving loaner vehicle. Too many people, to help during sales and no offense they are great at it but no specific person to help on after sales issues. Car value depreciated by 5k just in weeks. Had to do rentals for weeks, no compensations and no specific answer on what happens, if vehicle is still Not fixed. Plus you have to come every week or two to swap vehicles and apparently there is also limit on how many miles you can drive their loaner vehicle. It’s a good choice if car doesn't have a problem. I wish they would at least have the courtesy of being respectful and explain the meaning of 1000 miles warranty before they sell you car. Because they definitely do not give you another car of same value, if problem arises within a week or 1000 mile. More
