I had an opportunity to work with a FANTASTIC and patient salesperson - Jennifer Cerna Ramos. She was able to accompany me on a test drive of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys and assisted in answering my questio salesperson - Jennifer Cerna Ramos. She was able to accompany me on a test drive of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys and assisted in answering my questions and any concerns I had about the vehicle during our inspection and test drive period (i.e. we observed a somewhat loud rattling noise coming from the rear portion of the vehicle). Once the decision was made to move forward with the purchase, she assisted me in working with the finance department to facilitate in the loan application process and all final paperwork and toward the purchase of the vehicle. Most importantly, she was courteous, patient and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you for making this a relatively pain-free and light-stress process! More
