She fully listened to questions. I shopped for a car during December 2021, when there were supply chain issues and it was possibly the worst time to buy a car. She found what I wanted from the allocated cars and found something similar to test drive because there were none in stock. When it arrived and I picked it up, I was in a bit of a hurry, so she had all the paperwork staged and ready to go and it was an efficient checkout.
