Christy was super friendly. I was on my way up to another dealership from Salem and the sales/customer service was relentless with texts and phone calls. I told Taylor Diaz in customer service that I already had a car in mind and heading there at the moment. I felt pressured to get her off the phone while driving so I decided to visit Wilsonville Toyota on my way. When I got there, I was to ask for Josh, but I ended up with Christy. She was very nice and I explained the situation and what I have already negotiated with the other dealership. She explained their way of doing the car purchasing experience and so I decided to stay and test drive the same car that I plan to get at the other dealership. When I decided I was going to purchase the car from Wilsonville Toyota, the only thing that I wish Christy would have explained was the breakdown, instead of just showing me what my payments would be, of the extra cost that were slid in to the initial offer. Until I started questioning what each of those extra $8000 was I realize they were optional. So I had her removed those options (except the extended Toyota care) to let me know what the final cost is. Also, she failed to tell me what my trade-in was until I asked. Another issue I had was that I was already pre-approved with a credit union and showed them my pre-approval email that I received from my financial institution. After we have negotiated the final price (optional add-ons) and waiting to sign documents, I felt like I sat there for a long while (time to clean out my car, Christy moving new cars in and out of the showroom, and sat there on my phone for additional 30+minutes) before she came back and stated that my credit union was on the CUDL program but they rejected the paperwork. Called them and found out they were not on the program and went a different route. all in all the process was OK. Total time was from 1pm-5pm. Will I go back? probably yes but hopefully not for a very long with the plans on keeping this car for a long time. If you do end up getting any optional/extended coverage (you have xxx amount of days to remove) and decide to remove it, be prepared for no responses or the standard response from customer service (Taylor) of “we are looking in to it” and then no response. Otherwise great job! More

I had a very pleasant experience buying a new Toyota. Christy is very friendly and knowledgeable on the Toyota brand. This is our 5th SUV from Wilsonville Toyota since 2015 and will continue to purchase from them in the future. Again Christy was the best and would recommend her to anyone buying a new car from Wilsonville Toyota. More

I felt that Christy could be more knowledgeable with the product and if there is a stop sale on any vehicle to let the consumer know before finalizing the purchase. I called her a couple times after my purc product and if there is a stop sale on any vehicle to let the consumer know before finalizing the purchase. I called her a couple times after my purchase and left a message to call me back and one of the times I never heard back from her. Maybe she never received the message. When I took the truck in to the service department nobody was very helpful and acted as though I was just bothering them. I love the truck and hate to leave a bad review but I just want be honest. I’ve heard some good things about the dealership. Maybe every one was just having a bad day when I was there. More
