Wilsonville Toyota and the employees I worked with made me feel welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. They explained their process and how they have a one price, one sales rep approach. No moving from a couple different sales reps, to a finance rep, to a closer. One sales person, and one price, super simple. At one point I was praising their business model and how they were challenging the stereotype of car dealerships, and my sales rep Christy said something along the lines of, "Well, you'll eventually be back in the market to buy a car, and we hope that you'll come back here." That's when it clicked, when you do good business, you have repeat customers. I will most definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota when that day arrives. I would give 10 stars if I could! More
