I'm kind of a car techno nerd, but her knowledge and answers to the XSE features and RAV4 Hybrid XSE packages was 100% satisfactory. She kept me updated on the allocation status, and worked around the credit check and trade-in snafus like a seasoned pro. More

It was a relatively simple process working with Christy Buttice (Martinez) for the purchase of our 2020 Toyota Prius Prime Plug-in Hybrid back in July of 2021, and which car we have enjoyed very much now f Buttice (Martinez) for the purchase of our 2020 Toyota Prius Prime Plug-in Hybrid back in July of 2021, and which car we have enjoyed very much now for a year. Christy helped us with all of the paperwork, responded well when we realized the previous car owner had not put their plug in cord in the trunk of the car - she talked to the appropriate Wilsonville Toyota staff and had a new cord provided for us in less than a week (at no cost to us!!!). Christy called to let us know the cord had arrived so we could immediately set it up at home - and every time we return the car to our garage, we plug it in! We hardly ever have to put gas in the car -- averaging over 90 miles per gallon. Thank you Christy. More
