The list is too long to describe the short comings of this dealership… I’m not one to complain at all about anything but this place is beyond anything I’ve ever seen in customer service…. I dealt with ma this dealership… I’m not one to complain at all about anything but this place is beyond anything I’ve ever seen in customer service…. I dealt with many people ….. one person stuck out as a “ 10” his name is Reilly :) awesome guy works in Toyota “ care” otherwise I’m very upset with my buying experience and the damage that was done to my car while receiving northwest protection package…. 4 rear seats missed and back end completely missed on ceramic sealing ( during process deep gouge on my mirror and fender ) …..still have to paint a fender myself ( eating all costs) because I do not trust the resources of sublet services this dealership hires…..had mirror cover replaced due to deep scratch during clear bra installation …. Only having that fixed because it’s a replacement not refinished…… if I have it repainted it will come back more damage so I gotta eat this sadly$$$$$:(…… At first service guy very nice but blew me off twice when picking up my car just setting keys down and saying he can’t talk to me…… Also the car did not come with safe keys for gun safe accessories in armrest….My salesperson took days to get back to me saying she doesn’t know anything about keys which I researched and the Tundras come with safe keys …..So if you buy a car from this dealership it’s my opinion that you are automatically labeled as a nuisance and not cared for at all !!!!…. I laugh at this dealerships slogan “ no bull”. How about “no love for customers”. I’ve bought at least 12-15 cars new my entire life and enjoyed every experience!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! But this is an absolute nightmare I’m so upset I’m just walking away from it all and going to get my car serviced at another dealership…… it’s not worth the stress level at this point but I still will pursue my keys being missing from the safe accessory…. I have no idea why I even wrote this because I guarantee the owner of this dealership does not care!!! I will always advise people away from buying from this dealership !!! Very sad stuff More

Christy was great and patiently answered all of my questions. The deal and the numbers were worked out quickly. Rav4 hybrid $250 under MSRP is a good deal in today's market. My only issue is that I had to purchase xpel clear bra and environmental paint/interior protection, I normally would not due this but we'll see how well they work and hold up. More

The manager, Josh Von Ruden, was exceptional in getting my wife and I a new Toyota Sienna 2022 with all the bells and whistles. This will be the 3rd car I have leased or purchased from Christy Buttice and she is hands down the BEST at customer service, knowledge, follow through. She is super smart, helpful and wonderful. Same with manager Josh VonRuden - top notch all the way around. I also had an incredible customer service experience in the Service Department with Jonah Nelson. I accidentally brought my new car in for it's "clear bra and environmental protection package" and Jonah bent over backwards to find me a loaner car for an extra day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from all three mentioned above - thank you so such Christy, Josh and Jonah! More

Christy B. was great to work with. She followed through to the T! Excellent communication, and she didn't push another car choice on me when the RAV4 XSE Hybrid was 2-3 months out. I'm kind of a car techno nerd, but her knowledge and answers to the XSE features and RAV4 Hybrid XSE packages was 100% satisfactory. She kept me updated on the allocation status, and worked around the credit check and trade-in snafus like a seasoned pro. More
