Most efficient, pleasant experience I have had buying a car (and this was my second in 2 months!). Christy was so knowledgeable about the trim I needed to capture all my 'wants'. Mary was uber efficient in handling the documentation, and Jim pulled a rabbit out of his hat in finding my exact car on the lot when I thought I would be waiting several weeks.
