Service Advisor Chrys was awesome and understanding. Service department said 2 computers were bad for total repair of $4,000. Neighborhood mechanic found it was just ground problem and blown fuses. They Service department said 2 computers were bad for total repair of $4,000. Neighborhood mechanic found it was just ground problem and blown fuses. They fixed car for $400. More

The service team is terrible! ! They do not care about your ongoing issues with your new car. The tires have been losing air. When I brought it in, they assured me they checked eac ! They do not care about your ongoing issues with your new car. The tires have been losing air. When I brought it in, they assured me they checked each tire and rotated them. THEY DID NOT!!!! Within 5 miles of driving the car the air loss in tires came up. When I returned to correct the issue, they did rotate tires because I now marked them. AGAIN there is another indication of loss of air. The service man told me when you hit a pothole you may lose a pound of air. With all our potholes in NY all our tires would be flat. Upon returning again a manager tells the service man that my tire should be replaced. Of course I am happy and return the next day believing I was getting a new tire. NOT!!! I had to pay. I now head north for vacation. GUESS WHAT???? I am warned about tire air loss. When I return I will be contacting my lawyer, better business bureau and Channel 7 on my side. Don’t have your VW serviced at Nanuet!!!!!!! More
