I went to multiple dealerships, where I was consistently feeling like I was not being listened to by both salesmen and management. I was so relieved when a relative referred us to Charles (Chuck) Coleman at Lithia Dodge of South Anchorage. Chuck was straightforward with me, never made me feel pressured, and listened to all of my wants and concerns. I ended up finding the perfect Durango for me with one catch, it was at a dealership in Soldotna. Chuck flew down to Soldotna on his day off to make sure I could get my perfect car; above and beyond is an understatement! Matt Ragle with Finance helped ensure that I got the proper protection for our new investment without making me feel like I was pressured to say yes to extras. The Service Department called me within 48 hours to set up an appointment to get all of the protections that I had purchased put on to my new vehicle. While waiting for my new car to be completely ready for me, other staff and salesmen were very friendly and excited for me and my new car. Overall, great service from all departments. I truly felt like everyone was genuine and cared about finding my family the best fit for us. More

Best experience ever!!! I woke up the 10th of January with no thought whatsoever of a new vehicle, let alone one with every bell and whistle you could imagine. I went anyway and test drove a beautiful Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn. I had hoped to purchase on my own, with no co-signer and being self employed was gonna be rough. I told Charles (Chuck) Coleman, what I wanted my payment to be and not go over. Let me tell you something about Charles Coleman. I have NEVER encountered a car salesman like him!!! He was refreshing and he listened to my concerns and was great to work with. He was funny, energetic and made sure I understood things without being demeaning. Lithia Dodge has a real asset on their hands with Charles in my opinion. By the time it was over, between Charles, Troy Jarvis and myself, I went home in the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. I highly recommend Charles Coleman, like seriously....highly recommend! If you want a non smoke blowing, relatable, funny, extremely knowledgeable salesman....Charles Coleman is the one. I can’t thank Troy Jarvis enough for his assistance and encouragement that what I wanted could infact be done.
