Since I’m not able to respond to the manager’s reply to my review, I’ll have to leave another review: My husband did NOT agree to purchase the warranties. That is the whole issue. Not about the money, it’s about the principle that any business would do this to someone. Maybe it gets the salesperson a higher commission if your customer doesn’t notice something he opted out of is actually included in the financing? Especially when they are making electronic signatures and being rushed through the process? Unbeknownst to you, the manager, your finance department promised to mail him a check for the $1200 warranty that was snuck into his financing and even told him “the fabric protection we put on the car is on the house”. How do I know this? Because he was on speaker phone. When the check had not arrived two weeks later, my husband called back again to verify the check was sent out. Your finance department apologized profusely and said he would mail it ASAP. How do I know that? Because he was on speaker phone. This is why we are involving the DA now. Your company has already admitted fault and we have physical proof of that. Why your employees decided to side-skirt you on this entire issue is something you as a manager need to figure out. A testament as to why customers should not purchase their vehicles here. Manager only gets involved when you post a review. But the promise made to resolve the issue should be honored. It is a blatant lie that you made any attempt to contact my husband. That is just something you’re saying to fool potential customers into thinking you’re actually trying to resolve this. We can show call logs, which we will provide when we package it all together. If you can lie about faking attempts to contact a customer then obviously you have no problem lying about a mistake your employees may have made. Even if that mistake was promising a refund to your customer. We have your employee admitting fault that they must’ve misunderstood him and they are happy to make it right and the warranty product that was already applied would be on the house and you coming in after the fact to deny all accountability and even insinuation I must not know is not gonna be worth the trouble. You owe your customer $1200. Plain and simple. The shady tactics even in your written responses speak volumes. Unfortunately this is not the last you’ll hear from us. I’m certain we will take up much more than $1200 worth of your time and if it saves one other person from being duped by you- it’s worth it. It’s much easier to do the right thing. More

BUYER BEWARE! ! My husband bought a new Ford Maverick over two months ago from this place and they snuck in not one but TWO warranties. My husband complained the v ! My husband bought a new Ford Maverick over two months ago from this place and they snuck in not one but TWO warranties. My husband complained the very next day once he noticed the warranties in the breakdown. The extended warranty was $4500. The interior/paint warranty was $1200. Two months later and the issue is still not resolved. They mailed a check for $4500 to Santander, but that doesn’t lower the payments. We are still waiting for the $1200 check from the dealership on the other warranty as well. After two months of calling and leaving messages and false promises, we want to warn everybody - this is NOT the dealership to do business at. More

I had the pleasure of purchasing my 2024 Ranger Raptor from McGovern Ford of Lowell. We are now a Raptor family and I could not be more pleased with my experience at this dealership. Robert was very attentive, calm and pleasant to work through the paperwork details process. Scott was my go to throughout the year long wait for this vehicle to come off the assembly line and he was always so helpful and understanding while dealing with the delays. As a first time, new vehicle buyer - McGovern Ford of Lowell made the experience more pleasant than I was expecting! I would highly recommend this location for your next vehicle purchase. More

Mark Healey, Sales,Chuck Cote,Business Mgr and Paul Carlino,Mgr. and Ellen Taylor, Internet Sales were especially given that we were driving 2 hours to the dealership to buy our 2019 Rav 4 Hybrid. Ma Carlino,Mgr. and Ellen Taylor, Internet Sales were especially given that we were driving 2 hours to the dealership to buy our 2019 Rav 4 Hybrid. Mark, a good communicator keeping us up to date on the status of obtaining insurance, financing approval and tried to find us a user manual for the Rav 4. When he could not find one, gave us an internet site whets we could order one. Ellen always answered the phone (did not have to leave voice message) and when there was an issue she coordinated the solution. Chuck Cote answered all our questions on the financing and obtained a good interest rate.
