I see a lot of positive reviews of Ferguson on this web page and for those people I am happy for their pleasant experience but for me not so much. On 2/25/2023 I saw a used F150 for sale on line. I like wh page and for those people I am happy for their pleasant experience but for me not so much. On 2/25/2023 I saw a used F150 for sale on line. I like what I saw and went straight down there that night. I test drove the truck liked it and went in to discuss a deal. There was no deal that we would both be satisfied with. So I left without a deal. On 2/27/2003 I got a text from Chuck, asking me if it was ok to communicate through text, I said yes. At 1:56 I made him another offer. He appreciated the offer but said they were a 1 Price Dealership and that the offer I made was just not something they would be able to do. At 2:13 I responded. At 2:14 he responded with clarification why they are a One Price Store. On 2/28 or 3/1 he called and said the truck had sold. Ok then I lost the truck. On 3/18/2023 at 10.01 I got a call from Chuck and he said they the truck was available again. I said I would think about it. At 12:11 Chuck asked "What would I have to be at on your trade to make something happen?". At 12:39 I asked him some questions. At 12:41 he answered 3 of the 4 questions. At 12:54 I re-asked the one question he did not answer. At 2.55 he answered the question. At 1:45 he said "Let me know where we need to be to put something together". At 3:22 I asked him another question about the bed length. At 3:28 he said " I believe 5.5 feet". At 4:22 I made him and offer. At 4:23 He asked for the miles on my car. I then responded with the approximate miles. He then asked for exact miles so he could talk to management. At 4:29 I responded with the exact milage. At 4:42 they agreed to the offer. At 4:53, 4:57, 4:59 we traded emails about Credit App and Credit institution. At 5:45 he texted me and said somebody else was showing the truck. I missed that text. When my wife and I went to the dealership to check out the Truck again I saw it leaving the dealership. Now we arrived at 7:00. I went in the talk to Chuck, they paged him and he came in with smirk on his face and told me the truck sold 25 minutes ago. That would have been around 6:30. In my book when they accepted my offer at 4:32 it was a done deal. After that it was just working out the finance details. Which is what we were doing. So, In summary, I am very disappointed in how I was treated. Why was Chuck not on top of things when other Salespeople starrted showing the truck. We had a deal. More

Spent a big portion of the day with Chuck and Avery and in the end I was able to get the truck I wanted. in the end I was able to get the truck I wanted. More

Took about 4 hours to get everything sorted out, but understandably so with it being a Saturday. Chuck came in on his day off just to see to it that everything was ready on the vehicle. Overall a great understandably so with it being a Saturday. Chuck came in on his day off just to see to it that everything was ready on the vehicle. Overall a great experience. Everyone we worked with was genuine and helpful. Wife totally loves the Explorer. A piece of trim fell off of the car leaving the dealership. She was pretty upset about that. About to go install a replacement myself. More
