Every time I bring in my truck they tell me "couldn't duplicate the problem ". So this time I took a picture of the warning light/message that I'm getting on my dash and both showed them and then texted duplicate the problem ". So this time I took a picture of the warning light/message that I'm getting on my dash and both showed them and then texted them the Pic. Yep, they came back after a week and said "couldn't duplicate it." My truck has 34k miles on it and every day I still see the same warning light. They told me they MIGHT be able to turn it off if they replace my brake pads and my sensor ($60 pads and $14 sensor). I asked how much to do the job, almost $1000 because they also replace the rotors. I asked how much life was left on my pads and they said "they're not quite half way worn." Why would I pay $1k for your service department to problem solve an issue that they say is only half worn and i can buy the parts to fix it myself for less than $100? Awful service department. I used to stand up for Kelley when people said bad things. Yeah, those days are gone. More
