Blown Away By Service Called Chuck to price out my 2010 Escalades transmission for another option as I was just getting quotes at this point and figured they would be weeks Called Chuck to price out my 2010 Escalades transmission for another option as I was just getting quotes at this point and figured they would be weeks out like the other shop I got quotes from and he was very knowledgeable on warranties and my options and even cut me a deal to be closer to what other shop quoted me. He even offered to come and get it so I wouldn't have to figure that huge issue out as I'm a one woman army when the hubby is traveling with our three small kiddos. What really blew me away is that I called on a Monday thinking there was no way that I would have it to use on my long trip that weekend but between Chuck, Kit, an Mellissa in parts they had my cadi picked up the next afternoon and the transmission was in Wednesday morning and my Cadi was finished Thursday night. They delivered it back to me Friday morning. Chuck kept me updated on the progress of the work being done and went above and beyond on the safety checks before we got it back. I am a very satisfied customer!! Thank you so much for all you did for my family we will be back for other services. More

I had my vehicle towed in bc i was having transmission issues. I asked them to check the oil and look up why it wouldn't shift. They quoted me 5k in labor and repairs cost after checking the computer and issues. I asked them to check the oil and look up why it wouldn't shift. They quoted me 5k in labor and repairs cost after checking the computer and finding a sensor wasnt responding. Oil was never checked. I paid the $75.00 service fee and went looking for my car. They never did anything I asked. But aparently they were able to drive it another parking lot. So I guess it was a code issue which put it in limp mode bc I've driven it 2k miles since then and nothing changed maybe a wire was loose. But im their report, nothing was done but checking the computer and clearing the code. But the technician Chuck had me go 2 months without my vehicle for nothing explainable. Worst service ever. I felt they were just trying to scam me out of money. More

Great dealership for any service! Took our car in for service for oil change and tire rotation. I had a check engine light on. I took my car to Holm Automotive to have it looked at.
