Car issue My car is only 1.5 years old and has been in shop 3 times now 4 for same issue which I was told was fixed after 2nd time being towed. This last time after being fixed it was not even checked and when I got it home it was smoking and leaking oil. The mechanic that worked on it did a terrible job and put the gasket on wrong. When you go in and use their services you see first hand why they get this award. I went in for an oil change. Yes, WalMart or others would/could have been slightly cheaper. But would they have found that one of the engine mounts had broken? Not so sure. I was planning on a couple of trips out of town next week. It would have been a big problem if another mount would have cracked on one of the rural Kansas roads I travel to the Wichita VA Center. I am very thankful they found it. Chuck Loader even called the extended warranty company and got it covered. He is a really great asset for Holm. Really customer orientated. Very pleased with the experience today. More

Great Service I saw the light on the dash check engine. Called and and talked to Chuck, got an appt for 1:00, Arrived at 1:00. Talked to Jamie and then he told me I saw the light on the dash check engine. Called and and talked to Chuck, got an appt for 1:00, Arrived at 1:00. Talked to Jamie and then he told me the Purge Valve was not sealing. Part was in stock so it was fixed and I was on my way home within 2 hours. I call that good service. While there I talked with Tim and shook hands with Matt. Great service More
